Cooked the way Kodagu has always cooked
Kodagu’s food is its own thing entirely — pandi curry with kachampuli, akki otti, bamboo shoot, kadambuttu, and coffee grown on the slopes just outside the kitchen door. We cook it the way it is cooked at home, because that is the part guests travel for.
